Very poor planning. They lost my bookings. The two people they eventually sent were completely unable to do basic moving. Terrible experience.

Duplicate calls, workers did avg job.. I had to assist with many pieces & I’m a senior with many yrs on them

The two gentlemen was friendly, organized and arrived on schedule. They organized the uhaul really good, I didn't think it all was going to fit. They was also able to take apart my recliner, was very hard for me to do.
