  • The crew arrived on time and were very good at their work. We managed to get everything moved and i even booked their cleaning services after and I was very pleased with their work. Very professional and care about your personal needs and requeats.

  • While the movers themselves were AMAZING, the scheduling was bizarre. I paid for loading and unloading, but only got unloading help because the movers from Magic Touch arrived 5 HOURS and 22 minutes late. I'm lucky U-Haul gave me a free extension on the truck, otherwise I'd have been up a creek! I stayed in touch with the dispatcher the entire time from before the appointment time until the movers finally arrived at our new house, but they didn't give me very frequent updates and only replied when I bugged them to ask for an ETA. My PREGNANT wife and I had to load the truck ourselves. We were told by the movers we'd receive a 10 percent discount, but to date have not received any such refund from our payment at booking. The dispatcher lost contact with the original crew that morning, and the backup crew was already on another job 2-2.5 hours drive away. I have used other movers through MovingHelp, and this was by far the most bizarre and worst experience.
