• Great communication and great service. Was able to help me out same day. He kept expectations realistic since I was asking a lot on short notice, but then went above and beyond to exceed them. Would highly recommend.

• A mover from the company called me within 24 hours of placing my request for moving help. During that call, details of the move were discussed and the date of the move was confirmed. The mover was unable to give me an exact time on move day, though I had requested help for the morning. He stated that he would text me later once a time was determined. The only text I received from him was the morning of the move stating the estimated time of arrival was between 12pm and 1pm. That window of time passed without any communication. I finally received a call around 2.30pm saying they were on their way. Upon arrival, the movers were friendly, professional, and completed the job quickly. Their service was top-notch. Their communication could certainly use improvement. At the end of the day, they showed up and did their job, so I am a satisfied customer.

  I apologize for the delayed response I am the owner and the one you were communicating with I was on other jobs and both jobs that both my crews myself included were on took more time than the customers booked for which pushed us back The late responses an updates were because we were trying to keep our pace to complete the job and not waist customers times while they do have us However I am working on hiring an administrative assistant to improve on these areas so we can improve on our areas of communication Glad you liked our service and that my crew were able to deliver.
