This was the WORST experience I have EVER had! They not only broke my belongings, they left them in the hallway unattended and left our apartment unit unattended with the door open. They had crappy attitudes from the get go. They didn’t come prepared. Took 2.5 hours with 3 guys and hardly got anywhere and then they asked for more money. I eventually told them to leave once they told me they ripped my bags open. They didn’t say sorry, nothing. Just demanded more money.
I’ve moved six times in the last decade, and this was by far the best service I’ve received. The team was not only on time but early, and they stayed focused and professional throughout. They gave a fair and accurate quote upfront, and there were zero surprises. Even heavy items like my treadmill and piano were handled with no issues.
