  • Moving sucks... But they made it better! Owner was amazing about communicating, and graciously rescheduled without penalty when Uhaul didn't have a truck. The two movers, Ty & Travon were absolutely amazing!!! They were polite and professional. The two of them has moving down to a science working swiftly and efficiently to load & unload the truck. This included playing Tetris with the furniture to fit everything in the elevator. They were careful with all of our fragile items and took excellent care to protect the furniture. These guys made a move that would have taken us all day to only 4hrs (including loading and unloading). Things took a bit longer than planned due to our first Uhaul dying on the side of the road, making us an hour late. They were very patient about it. I can't say enough good things about this company and their movers...if we ever move again, they are who we would use to help. Thank you guys for making a rough move so much easier, we truly appreciate you!!!
