• I've never had this bad of a moving experience. The movers were slow and inefficient. I watched them actively avoiding lifting heavy items instead opting for lughter items. I asked them repeatedly to focus on the large furniture pieces first and was blatantly ignored. I repeated this when I saw we were half way through the three hours. They again ignored me. I saw them take multiple items downstairs with only one hand while not attempting to take anything else with them. My roommate started helping so we could go faster. When I called to complain about the poor service I was given a list of excuses. It was hot. The apartment was on the third floor. Your roommate was interfering. When I asked for a discount they told me I would only get one of I agreed not to leave a bad review. When I threatened to dispute the charge they said they were a 3rd party company so it wouldn't affect them. I see how they have so many good reviews now. Intimidation.

  Thanks Patriel! For the record, you used intimidation, not us. You threatened to dispute the charge and leave us a bad review because it took us two hours to load a fifteen foot truck from the 3rd floor, in the Florida heat, without an elevator.
