• The day before the move, he called and said he had a family emergency and wanted to know if I would cancel. He said he didn't want to cancel, because it would lower his rating. When I said no, he said he would see if he could get someone to help him with the move. The day of the move he arrived over an hour after the agreed upon time. They did show up with any of their moving tools. Once everything was packed in the Uhaul and ready to go to the next location, they had to wait for their ride (mom and dad) to pick them up to bring them to the next location. So I left in the Uhaul and waited for them at the next location. Then he called me and said they had to make a stop for a restroom break on their way to the new location, so I had to wait even longer for them to arrive. I booked the movers to make the move more convenient, and they made it an absolute inconvenience. Would never book again.
