  • SuperMario Movings did an excellent job today with our move! The communication was the best I’ve ever had from a moving service. The helpers arrived on time and were very respectful to both us and our belongings. Our move was completed on time and everything arrived safe the way it was packed. We will for sure book them again for any future moves in the area!

  • Only 2 people showed but I paid for 4. No option to have this corrected without not paying the 2 that showed which is unfair. Unable to reach anyone at uhaul who controls the code for payment. They state once paid no refunds, but no option to speak to a live agent to fix problem. Won't use or recommend.

    It is the only time that this has happened to us, the 2 people did not arrive due to reasons of force majeure but they were already on their way and with full availability to do the work, however the 2 helpers who did arrive on time did all the work of the 4 and in the time scheduled by the customer, without delay. They worked twice as hard and unloaded the 26 ft truck quickly, safely and satisfactorily. The service was completed 100 percent and the client was offered financial compensation for the situation that arose, and evidence of what happened was sent to the client. We are very sad having this unique review in this way.
