The movers were careful with my mom’s belongings and very friendly. They started out fast, but hen seemed to slow down, they spent a decent amount of time rearranging the moving truck and went over time by one hour doing so. I paid $125 cash for the extra hour and was told I would receive a receipt to my text number, which I never received. I did want the receipt for my records.

Hello! I can resend it, if you didnt get a receipt! And I am sorry, but we did have to tie everything down, and flight of stairs and then long walk to the unit and from the truck does make things seem slower especially when there's only 1 big cart.
