• 5 hours late is unacceptable. Those with a 24 hour rental that is over 20 percent of the time. With being 5 hours late it was after dark which made it much more difficult to load and resulting in injury and damage. Not sure if it is a company policy booking too many moves in a single day. Keeping people on the job, 2 man crews sometimes only 1 person does the work shows up making it slower. Also booked a 2 hour move to move 3 items, should have been a 15 minute job. Not sure if given the rate the company is like Uber and just contracts out the work but I would not recommend. To the mover he was dedicated until the job was done.
