  • Mr. Hayden came with a teenager helper to load my household goods. While loading my dining room tabletop, the helper dropped the corner of my dining table on the edge of the truck door opening causing damage to the corner wood. Mr. Hayden took photos and texted them to me and said to submit a claim. Once the claim was submitted, he denied that his helper dropped the tabletop, even said it was likely damaged already (despite the fact the HE texted me the damaged section from his cellphone to mine). Additionally, he overcharged me $400 to move a small studio apartment! He refused any communication after refuted the claim and is not willing to work with me on the claim nor the overcharge. Do NOT use Homeward Bound Solutions & Logistics - Mr. Gerald Hayden!
