  • I found the owners of this company to be very professional & responsive. I scheduled 2 persons for 4 hours. One person arrived early & was a very hard worker (Emmanuel). 'E' was very respectful & professional. He was also a problem solver. When faced with a challenge he thought through how to resolve it & took the steps necessary to fix the problem, for example, getting the car tow trailer disconnected from the truck was a challenge. There seems to be an issue with the actual equipment but 'E' kept working at it & trying different things to make it work like putting bricks underneath the jack to give it more height. He also had me move the truck to a more level surface but that didn't help either. Again, I believe there is an actual issue with the equipment. 'E' just loaded the truck working around the trailer even though he didn't have a ramp. The other mover arrived 45 minutes late with an attitude & was lazy & it went downhill from there. I fired that mover but kept 'E'.
