I was scheduled to have this company move my belongs into a new home when I was told I was a the last minute, I was not going to close. Therefore, I had to cancel my moving reservation and reschedule. However, I wasn’t sure where I was moving to until the next day because of the unexpected delay for my home closing. This situation was nerve wrecking and I continued to change my reservation from one location to another. However, Zach and his crew were so flexible and professional. The entire time Zach was committed to assisting with the move no matter the time or location. Zach’s customer service skills and constant communication was top tier, which made the move the easiest part. I am forever grateful to Zach and his crew for the move. They came on a Friday night to complete the move and not once complained about the constant changes. I would recommend this company for any move because of their customer service, flexibility, professionalism, and care for your belongs.
