• They did not take care to keep things from getting scratched and broken. One of our recliners got broken beyond repair and it was in perfect condition before. I would make sure you have every item fully wrapped if you use this service.

  I couldn't have said it more better sir as the customer you should provide furniture blankets and or wrap to protect your belongings but as before I question why did it take you 5 days to make a complaint and you never directly came to me you went straight to u-haul, I wish I could submit the photos that my mover took when they packed your truck but I cannot but as I said in your complaint I will make sure that they take pictures on every single job that they do I do apologize for your items being damaged but sir it was definitely not caused by us
