  • The movers were scheduled to arrive at 10AM but did not arrive until after 1PM. I texted and called the manager of the company multiple times (when he would respond) throughout the morning and was met with many excuses as to why the movers were so late. The manager was rude and did not validate my frustrations. My partner and I chose to load the truck with what we could carry while we waited for the movers, essentially doing part of the job we paid for. When the movers finally arrived they were kind but unfortunately their tardiness and manager ruined this experience for us. I would not recommend hiring this moving company.

  • The young Men were polite, professional and could articulate their loading strategy when asked about it. Great job guys!

  • The guys were great overall! Felt like they were taking care of my furniture and everything was smooth aside from one scratch on the wall. Communication could have been improved though as I didn’t get confirmation they were coming until a day or two before the move and I had already made alternative backup plans. Three guys showed up instead of two so that was a plus!
