  • 1 star out of 5 - Good communication on arrival, total disaster after. The only positive was good communication when they first arrived. From that moment on, everything completely fell apart. Careless handling - They dropped items repeatedly and showed zero care for our belongings. Laziness - Instead of bringing items to designated rooms, they dumped everything right inside the front door and called it done. Poor attitude - The younger worker was far more interested in finding an outlet to charge their phone than placing items where they belonged. The overall attitude was terrible. Moving is stressful enough without paying people to drop your stuff in a heap at the front door. Save yourself the headache and hire a crew that actually respects your home and belongings.
