  • My experience with the movers was not the best. Besides being extremely late (4.5 hours late), glass door of my tv stand being broken, driving the uhaul myself to the unload location, paying extra to have my beds assembled and having to take the workers home was something I’m sure was not part of my contract. The worker who broke my glass said he was going to have it fixed but he didn’t get any information from me about getting it fixed nor did he take any measurements for replacing the broken glass. I do not recommend.

    Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide and would like to offer additional context. Due to severe weather, you contacted us beforehand about possibly rescheduling. After discussing the conditions by phone, we agreed to proceed later that day. To help offset the delay, we sent four movers instead of the two originally scheduled at no additional cost. Your booking was for labor only services. Packing and protective wrapping were not part of the requested service. No moving blankets, shrink wrap, or other protective materials were available during the move. Our Moving Help service also does not include driving the rental truck. At the end of the move, you offered to give one of our crew members a ride home, which we appreciated. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best in your new home.
