It took an hour and a half to load very few items. Once we got to the storage unit I was informed we only had 20 minutes to unload and they had other jobs. We agreed to meet back up the next day at 7 am to unload and then they changed it to 8 and then they didn’t show up. I had to go to the Home Depot and pick up some day workers. I like to support small businesses, cheap rates is not always the best way.

The team lacked skill in property haulage, thereby inflicted costly damages to our furniture, boxes and walls in the process. Also, the team wasted valuable space in our moving van due to poor arrangement of the items, resulting in our rented 20 feet U-Haul truck unable to contain our property. Also walking into our home with the smell of marijuana was quite offensive.
