  • I’m extremely upset with this service! These men were over two hours late and didn’t do their job well. They called us twenty minutes prior to the appointment time, to say that they were still helping a lady (customer) that lied to them about how much stuff she actually had and they told us that they would be running an HOUR behind schedule. Our appointment time was at 1100am and they didn’t show up until AFTER 200pm.They ONLY loaded the truck during the 4 hour window, that was booked & paid for in advance to be loaded at our former home & unloaded, they never finished the job, we had to pay 2 new guys to unload the U-Haul, the following day. We had everything boxed, dressers wrapped up, beds broke down, and they still did NOT complete the task in time. And last but not least, our family room television was cracked in MULTIPLE spots and it no longer works. I’m beyond disappointed and I will NEVER hire movers through this company EVER again, and they definitely didn’t deserve a tip!!!
