  • Furniture was damaged. Things are missing. Unable to locate TV power cord. They removed it instead of taping it to the bank of the TV. Wood floors were damaged. They only brought two people I paid for four. They said they would give me two hours since they only had two people. I had already paid for four people for two hours so they didn't give me anything. Then they charged me another $90 in cash at the house.

    Hey Dixie. We understand you are frustrated, but the conversion from 4 Movers 2Hrs to 2 Movers 4hrs was discussed before we arrived. You paid for a 5th hour because we worked past the 4 hours agreed. Also while we only loaded your items nothing appeared to be damaged & you did not notify us of that on site so we could have handled it properly. Have a good one, I wish you could have had a better experience with us.
