Great guys! Showed up on time, worked fast but carefully both loading and unloading. Very experienced in the process of packing the truck. Kind and very helpful! Will definitely be using them again when I have to relocate! Very impressed!
I hired GoMove expecting a top-tier experience from a highly-rated company, but the service provided was completely unprofessional. Despite booking in advance and having a detailed phone consultation with photos showing exactly what a typical 3-bedroom home requires, the sent crew lacked basic moving competency. They did not understand the standard rule of wrapping and padding protruding furniture edges, forcing me to personally intervene to prevent severe scratch damage. Worse, after 4 hours, the two-person crew had finished barely 40 percent of the job. Because of their complete underperformance, I was forced to hire out-of-pocket labor from a competitor just to complete the move. Management simply wants to 'agree to disagree' regarding these facts, but paying a premium price for a mediocre, incomplete job and property risk is entirely unacceptable.
