    I really wanted this to be a good experience so I usually stick to larger national brands but decided to try local this time. I regret that. First, there was a lack of communication to confirm my scheduled date and move. Then on the day of the move, only one person showed up on time. The manager called me ten minutes later to say there had been an incident and they were sending someone else. I was patient and waited for the other person to arrive. Well, whoever they sent didn’t care about my belongings. They left a huge trash bag in front of my old apartment that then broke when I tried to take it myself. It was a two person job! He also refused to do any tasks and instead just watched me. Why did I pay for packing and loading for them to not work, or if you can’t even provide the dolly you said they would come with? When I brought this to their supervisors, all I got was ‘sorry about that. He doesn’t normally work with us.’ Highly unacceptable and disappointing. Look elsewhere.
