Eric and his wife communicated well. They made it clear when they were running late which I greatly appreciated. However, they did have to slide the arrival time back a few times. Once arrived, they jumped right into work and were willing to do what needed to be done to complete the job. I felt good about how they handled our belongings and how they ensured they were meeting our expectations. While his wife was definitely able to help Eric, there were a few times it showed he could have used a bit more help. Don’t get me wrong, she is strong and willing to work, but I don’t think I would want the pair of them moving a piano or safe! They were very friendly and for the right job (standard to light furniture, not ultra heavy solid wood) I’d hire them back again. I want to say again, I greatly appreciated the continual communication when running behind.
