  • I booked moving help through U Haul for two movers for two hours totaling four labor hours The owner is Juan Sosa and we agreed the movers would arrive at 9 30 am to unload my trailer Only one mover showed up and he arrived at 11 20 am nearly two hours late By then I had completed almost all of the work myself He helped for less than one hour with a few heavy items Despite this I was still charged the full 105.95 including tax for four hours of service that were not delivered Additionally the mover stayed in his car upon arrival and appeared to be smoking marijuana When he approached there was a strong smell which was unprofessional and unacceptable This service fell far below expectations and reflects a serious lack of reliability and professionalism I expect this issue to be addressed
