  • Super nice guys but I have a few issues. I asked for 4 helpers for 5 hours and I only got 3 helpers. I also requested a 8am loading time and only after I called I was informed it would be around 1pm. They actually should up after 3pm. They did not take care of my stuff. I have scratches, dings, and chunks missing from book Shelves and tables due to their poor loading capabilities. They had no awareness when it came to carrying stuff and putting dressers and tables upside down with drawers still in because it was easier. My entertainment center has gauges in it from them sliding stuff across the top. Not scratches but gauges. I have IKEA shelves and most of the are all dinged and scratched now. It’s IKEA but I didn’t have that issue when I moved them into storage myself. They also broke some of my bricks at the front door threshold and the carpet on the 2 steps outside the front door is ripped now. I’m not happy with the overall experience and I will never use them again.

  • The guys were great!!! Extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient. We got a 26’ U - haul unloaded in about 3 hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire moving help again. Just hope that this was my last move.
