  Too Tough Moving

  Manager was helpful and transparent about prior job running late, I had to push the U-Haul rental another day but his guys got the job done. They were younger guys that looked small but quite strong, rarely ever moved just one thing unless it was heavy, they kept moving the majority of the time. I felt bad they didn’t have any moving straps but glad we had a dolly to lend them. Also glad I had some drinks in the fridge to offer because they didn't bring water! They didn’t really know how to organize things while unloading but were really receptive to feedback so I was happy about that. The biggest reason I can’t give a five star is because they scratched up the walls-stairs pretty bad, definitely gotta repaint things. They also disassembled and reassembled recliners for an easier move but unfortunately the wiring isn’t working. . . . The guys earned their money, I just learned I have to make sure things are extra padded, and to test furniture when broken down. I would hire again tbh!

  This was my second time using this moving company, and once again, they delivered excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, kind, and incredibly efficient—they moved quickly without ever sacrificing care. They handled my belongings with attention and respect, making sure everything was packed, transported, and placed with care. What I appreciated most was their communication throughout the process—they kept me informed every step of the way and were always responsive and courteous. It’s such a relief to have movers you can trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others!
