    The crew was relatively inefficient while loading my 20’ U-Haul, I made multiple comments to my roommate that it seemed like they were dilly dallying. After over 4 hrs the truck was finally loaded and they demanded I compensate them for their extra time. I informed them I had already paid through moving help and if they needed to add time to do so through the platform. The individual could not get that to work and demanded I Venmo him $85. He was not leaving until he got that money. I would not recommend working with this team. Would have been happy to pay the delta had it come through moving help. Instead I just feel ripped off
