  • I’ve used their services multiple times in the past without any problem. Therefore, I was very surprised at what I saw at the end of this move. My clothes had been thrown on the floor and across boxes. Boxes, lampshades and other items were lying at angles as if they had been tossed. A new fan had its parts separated and laying in separate areas of the storage unit beneath clothing. Not all pieces have yet been found. It was sadly a nightmare. I pray there are no broken items.
