Overall very nice guys. They were late and broke several of my things including 2 of my desk drawers. I informed Henderson that I needed a receipt for the additional hours for my move (because I will be reimbursed) and I have not received a response. Considering that they loaded me up, drove 2 hours to my new location and unloaded me I give them 5 stars for a rough day.

Many of my items were sat on the wet and muddy ground. Dirt was on clothing and other fabrics. Damage occurred to some of my items.
