• Booked for 2 hours and it only took them one to bring the entire U-Haul truck up to a second floor apartment. They helped move the truck and brought items to the rooms that I wanted them in. They were extremely helpful. I kept grabbing stuff at the top of the stairs thinking they could take a break in between trips that way but they just kept pushing through. When we finished the truck with extra time, we said they were good to go and they verified we didn’t need any extra help inside since there was still time left but truly they did so much of the hard work and so quickly we were totally fine letting them have that time back. I wish I had had some waters for them since it was so hot and they were doing the most outside, but they still managed to do all that work. Would recommend and would hire again.

• DO NOT HIRE this company, 17 Soldiers. The Aug 2nd, 830 am out of state move was scheduled in advanced on June 24. I hired 2 loaders for 2 hrs. The manager confirmed the date & time 3 times including 9 pm the night prior to the move. At 830 am Aug 2nd the move day, the manager called to say they were delayed due to overtime at a previous move & had a 4 hr arrival window & he would send an extra guy. 3 teenagers came to my home at 1230 pm. 4 HRS LATE. None had experience in moving. Thankfully family were there & loaded most items. I had a 3 bedrm home. The boys were there for one hr. The mgr apologized & offered a discount on next move and a 1- hr refund that I have not received. I don’t need a next move. I will NEVER use them again. Don’t let the name fool you! My out of state move was delayed 4 hrs due to unprofessionalism, inexperience, & inconsideration. The delay caused me to miss connection points & storage hrs at my arrival state. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
