  • I booked a morning appointment and was completely fine with a delay during the day due to the rain. However, the movers didn't show up until 9 PM, wasting my entire day. To make things as easy and fast as possible for them, I had already moved everything from my 4-bedroom house into the garage. Despite this, they still managed to take 3 hours to finish because they arrived clearly drunk and on drugs. Because of their impaired state, they dragged out a simple job, forcing me to extend my reservation. To top it off, they wanted me to pay under the table for the extra time they wasted, and then aggressively insisted on us giving them a tip. Extremely bad business. I am very disappointed and highly recommend staying far away from this company.

    When you booked your move wich was on the same day on a last minute notice. We notified yout that we would not be getting to you til the evening. So i understand the wait can cause fustration, but we had to first comllete our first move, like we mentioned to you, before we could get to you. As far as movers being impaired, i have never had a customer say that we were impaired, especially with the service we provide, its all professional. Its kind of shocking how the customer we interacted with the whole move was complimenting us the whole move sayin we were doing a great job and that we did great with making sure your 2 bedroom home fitted in a 20 footer botruck. We loaded and unloaded 2 bedroom home in a couple hours with no damages. And somehow we were impared?? No way.. We believe in honesty mam, and it goes a long way. Im lost for words. Wev never had this experience of a customer assume or even say this about us.we take pride in what we do. Learn to be more honest. God bless you.
