• The main person of the company, John I believe, agreed to my 8 am move time and never mentioned that the movers had a 7 am job before mine. They were almost 2.5 hours late and I had to move out by a certain time! So the movers had to rush, but they were very pleasant and worked with me and they were actually able to finish by the time I needed them too. Kellin and Mike were great! The unfortunate part was that due to rushing, when I had my others movers unloading, so much of my furniture and items were damaged, bathroom boxes with product in them were out in upside down therefore spilling in all of my boxes and ruining them. I’m having to salvage so much all because John wanted to overbook people to make money. Had he communicated when we agreed that 8am wasn’t going to work, I would have adjusted my time. I only gave it 3 stars because the movers were good people and did their best under the worst circumstances.

• I was expecting two people who could complete the job efficiently, but instead one gentleman and one woman arrived. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to lift many of the heavier items, so I had to step in and help quite a bit. If that was going to be the team assigned, I would have appreciated knowing in advance so I could plan accordingly. Other than that, I appreciate the effort.
