• Hi! We absolutely loved Daniel. He arrived and immediately got to work. However Flash arrived late for loading and then got lost on the way to the second location. We ended up doing most of the unloading ourselves with Daniel’s help. Daniel seemed frustrated as well. We would like a partial refund considering we paid for 2 movers help for 3 hours and we only got 1 movers help for all of that time. Flash probably missed an hour of that time. He was sincerely apologetic but it felt like a preventable mistake.

• NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! We used them on the 29th and they did a good job, then we booked them for the 5th of September. THEY DO NOT SHOW UP AS THEY HAD AGREED TO. THE NEITHER CALL NOR DO THEY BOTHER TO SHOW UP. THE HOA CHARGED US $250 TO PUT UP PADS IN THE ELEVATOR AND IF THEY HAD CALLED OR COMMUNICATED, WE COULD HAVE AVOIDED THOSE CHARGES; Additionally, we were charged for the moving help on the other end because we cancelled less than twenty-four hours in advance. All HERCULES MOVING HAD TO DO WAS COMMUNICATE THAT THEY WERE NOT COMING. A TEXT OR A TELEPHONE CALL, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE. HERCULES MOVING SIMPLY DID NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR ANY COMMUNICATION. ABSOLUTELY NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY.
