Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I had to call the owner for scheduling. He did not call me back. I had to call again. He told me the guys would be there close to 1 pm. I got a call at 10 am that they were there. I was 1hr away and hadn't picked up the truck yet. The guys did well, but did a lot of 1 item at a time instead of using the hand truck. They did pack the truck to the max. Lowered stars are not for the guys who helped.
Jordan, Todd and James make a great team! Jordan was great with communication and letting us book the evening before we needed help unloading our 16 foot POD. Todd and James worked non stop once they arrived. They both were friendly and very careful with our belongings. We’re glad we decided to hire them for our move and will definitely recommend them to others.
