  Swift moveZz

  Davion and Jared with Swift MoveZz were AMAZING! They were very communicative on moving day and made the move much less stressful. I probably should have rented a bigger truck and was nervous that everything wouldn’t fit, and I have several newer and heavier pieces of furniture that I was a little scared of getting scuffed during the move. When I tell you they were SO considerate of everything when moving! They were very careful with every item that was loaded and unloaded (I hired them for both!), and they organized the truck so well that they were able to fit everything in one go. Very respectful, hardworking, and nothing but positive energy. Hopefully I won’t be moving anytime soon, but I will definitely be enlisting them in the future if I do or referring them to others!

  My experience was not good. I paid for 2 helpers loading and unloading services, but only got loading services. Once they loaded up my furniture and refused to continue the service they were paid for. I had the help of my parents both in their 70s and my son assisted. The movers knew the time frame they had but didn't manage it well. When asked to give us the made up time that they took away they refused. My mother spoke with the manager and they made it seem like they were going to finish the job. We got to the location and a few minutes they left once the truck arrived. I called the manager and he sounded like he was sorry and tried to offer me new movers for another fee. I felt like why charge me for something I didn't get in the beginning. My mom suggested that we call my apartment office to see if they had some movers they could recommend and they did. I had to pay for a another moving company for the next day. Money I didn't have to give but the job got done without a problem.
