  Eli and Art were our Moving You Up mover reps. They showed up on time, communicating when they were arriving. They were very professional introduced themselves and who they represented. I showed them the location of the items I needed moved, the truck to load and they got right to work. They carefully loaded the items using every available space for maximum load. They didn't waste any time and followed directions. Unloading was just as efficient and they took care with delicate items. They followed instructions on items and room placement. Both guys were a pleasure to have as moving helpers. I would recommend to family and friends and would definitely hire them again.

  I would NOT recommend. By far the worst moving experience ever. The movers dont know how to pack a truck. They were only there for 2 hrs and didnt pack the heaviest, largest furniture until the last 30 min. I had to keep asking them when they were going to put the furniture in the truck. They packed moving boxes first and as a result, there wasn't enough room for the furniture. They wasted so much time thinking about how they would get everything to fit after they had already packed 40 boxes and no furniture! They packed heavy boxes on top of boxes labeled FRAGILE. I paid them for an extra hour to get the furniture packed because I wouldn't have been able to lift it on my own once they left (but had they packed this first, I could have packed the moving boxes on my own once the 2 hrs was up). And I ended up stopping them after 30 min of the additional hr because they were still wasting time money. I took everything they packed out, repacked it and got everything to fit on my own.
