Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The movers themselves were friendly and worked fast. Afterwards the owner reached out and I mentioned some things were damaged because they weren’t secured. He offered to reimburse me. Once I sent over a ballpark cost he said he would take it from the workers paycheck. We didn’t feel like that was fair and dropped the issue. Again, the crew were very kind but I would not want to work with the owner again.
Moving Help is great company, reliabie, on time, David keep you updated, does check in on the phone. On the top of that guys who do the move - Adrian and Gonzalo are super helpful, have all the tools that may help with the move. Great job guys - cant imagine better service - you made it perfect!
