• I would not recommend this moving company based on my experience. Communication before the move was frustrating. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone to confirm they were actually coming and on moving day they arrived about an hour and a half later than the scheduled time. The biggest issue was how my Peloton treadmill was handled. Rather than telling me they were unable to safely move it they attempted to drag it through rocks, which resulted in significant damage. The treadmill now has cosmetic damage, and the on and off switch is missing. When I contacted the company about the damage, I was disappointed with their response. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue or help cover the cost of the damage, they questioned why I had tipped the movers and why I didn’t report it sooner, rather than addressing the damage itself. Moving is stressful enough, and I expected better communication, better care of my belongings, and better customer service when a problem occurred.

• They were prompt on arrival, even was willing to come early since they finished a job faster than expected. They arrived and helped moved our belongings way under the 4 hours, which was fantastic. They did it promptly and professionally. Definitely will use them to help us move again in the future as we leave Colorado and head to Georgia.
