  They did not maximize the space on the truck. We had to repack some of the truck. They did not protect my washer and dryer. Tape is still stuck to both and there are scratches on them. I asked they use the purchased bags covers for the beds. We put one on the King; however, during offload I noticed the King no longer had the cover (not sure if they decided to take it off during loading). I provided some instructions for loading (and packing) and some were not followed. I don’t think time and technique was effectively or efficiently used causing us to complete the load. The same sentiment applies, the loaders were kind gentlemen but inexperienced for a large out of town job. Recommend providing someone with experience to help guide them (offer tips and tricks or catch the little things).

  Both gentlemen were perfect with communicating arrival times and equipment required. Once they arrived they jumped straight in tackling the heavy equipment and making for a smooth loading of the truck. They were professional, efficient, and overall a pleasure to work with. They were scheduled for 3 hours but loaded up a 2 bedroom floor level apartment and unloaded at an upstairs 2 bedroom apartment in just under an hour and a half. I would recommend these gentlemen everytime.
