Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Guys were very nice and even showed up a little early. However, they didn’t do a great job packing the trailer and as a result, we weren’t able to fit everything we wanted to. We had to unpack the pack quarter of the trailer and re arrange so we could jam as much in as possible. When unloading, we realized there was a lot of wasted space further up in the truck.
Lamonte and his brother were two of the most dedicated, hard working movers I've worked with in Chicago. They did their best to treat my belongings as if they were their own and worked hard, even through hot summer temps. There was an issue with one lost item but Terry, the company's manager, worked quickly to remedy the situation. Overall, truly fine work.
The two men who came to help with our move handled our belongings with care, they were efficient and placed things where we asked. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and they were very helpful.
