  Booked for loading and unloading for 3 hours. The overall performance is okay - they got the job done while taking 5 hours (double the time my previous mover took, moving with the same amount of items). They arrived 44 mins late, and they did not come with trolleys, carts or enough bottled water (for themselves). They have strong going-by-the-hour type of attitude, and one of the guys was on his phone for quite some time throughout the job. Communication was good. they did not text or call me until I called them the day before the moving day to confirm time or location, but they did pick up all my calls. As a person with go-getter attitude myself, I did not enjoy their go-by-the-hour attitude. But they work hard given sufficient time. Atlanta’s summer weather is no joke, so i really appreciate the help. With improved attitude and equipment, they’ll do great!

  Efficient and flexible! They stayed for the whole day and improvised with the move. Communication was a barrier but it was overcome through using a phone translator. Pleasant experience overall.
