company said to give grace period of 30 mins for traffic, they needed up being 2 hours late. when messaging the company they could not tell me how far out there were bc the drivers phone died, so we had to wait around. this lead us to being stuck in flooding that could have been avoided. told me the job should only take hour and a half because they work fast but ended up taking 2 hours and 20 mins so we have to pay for another hour. they scratched the floor in my new apartment but i guess bare minimum they didn’t break anything.
