They asked for a tip so I gave them the cash I had and they scoffed. I wasn't aware I would have a chance to tip through the app, but after their reaction I'm not giving them anything more. Nice guys though, very fast.

Movers were ready at 3;30, but I thought we confirmed over the phone that they'd be here at 4;14-4;30 so things felt a little rushed at the beginning to make the most use of their time.

Hired only for unloading. They were quick. Sent an extra guy since I advised about some heavy furniture pieces. Completed my job in half the time expected. Would have appreciated a little more communication morning of regarding an arrival time but, it all worked out. They did arrive in the window of time we discussed. Thank you so much!
