• Every piece of furniture I have is broken, scratched, torn, or otherwise damaged. There were only 2 guys when there was supposed to be 3. They waited to put the furniture in until the very last and then ran out of room for everything. I had to make several trips to finish up. They were very nice and my son gave them a really good tip which I wouldn't have done. I will not use them again.

  Hope this finds you well, we are sorry to hear that you had not the best of luck with your move. After our phone call, I figured out where and how this move could have went smoother . We as company have certain protocols that we follow. Any book shelf from Amazon or Walmart can't be moved unless we let the customer know the chances of it making it to the unload are slim to none. Our lead on the move took a chance that should have never been taken. Our track record and history of reviews speak for themselves. Four years of being listed on Uhaul is no walk in the park. Working with Uhaul has only made us a more efficient, extra cautious reliable moving company. Our offer to replace the bookshelf's still stands. Once again our apologies go out to you and we are willing to do whatever it takes to make this move right, that goes for any move we have on our schedule. Please advise how you would like to move forward
