Very bad service, they didn't know how to remove the refragrator doors and wasted a lot of time. 2000 SQFT house, 2 guys spend almost 12 hours and only finished half of the job. I had to hire another company to finish the rest.
absolutely great job! extremely careful with furniture, walls and doorways. very willing to move furniture around until we were satisfied with placement. on time and communicated arrival time in advance.
I can honestly say that I have Never been So Impressed by two young men as I was yesterday. They kept me in the loop on when exactly they would arrive and then when they did arrive, they were Extremely Courteous and Very Professional. They worked like a well oiled machine and every time I spoke to them, they answered my questions willingly and never made me feel like I was interrupting them. The work they accomplished in 2 hours would have taken myself and the other members of my family 2 Days to complete. I do not exaggerate. I have used U-Haul many times over the years and I have always been totally satisfied but these two gentleman Take the Cake.
