  Clear Moving

  The movers from Clear Moving were professional, hardworking, and carried several heavy items up two flights of stairs, which I truly appreciated. However, there were some concerns that affected my overall experience. Unfortunately, I noticed wall damage, including chipped paint, a broken door stop, and multiple stains on the walls. These issues will require me to cover the cost of repairs in my brand-new townhome. To improve future service, I recommend the use of proper moving tools or lifting straps, as well as protective wear such as head coverings to help minimize contact with walls and surfaces. Additionally, offering a partial refund or discount when damage does occur would go a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.

  Devon called me within 2 minutes of booking the reservation. It was a super late Unload and he was able to get Cory and his partner to come out and help. They stayed until 1 30am until it was completed I only booked 2 hours and they finished faster than that. They don’t mess around. I would definitely return and would really recommend this company to anyone no matter what time it is. This company excels at their services.
