This was our second time using Ballards. I must say the loss of their previous team member was very apparent in the efficiency for this move. The four-hour job turned into seven. The communication was great. No issues at all there. They arrived right on time. The new team member was quite unenthusiastic about the work. He did not demonstrate a great deal of care with our belongings. Within the first hour, he leaned four 25 pound pieces of a four post bed against the wall. When he walked away, they all fell over and subsequently broke a rare gargoyle statue. He did take ownership of the mistake, but nothing further was done to resolve it. He was slow and apathetic in his performance. Tim never would have behaved in such a manner. When discussing the situation with the company that did the unload, they’re response was, you got ripped off. I will not be a return customer with Ballards.
