The 2 gentlemen were polite, they arrived later than what we had texted upon as an agreement, however the morning of when they had not arrived by the agreed time, I called and they did communicate throughout the morning about the time they’d arrive after one of them dropped off kids and apologized for the tardiness. They finished helping with the loading; as we had started while waiting for them, and they met us at the unload destination. They unloaded everything quickly and again were very nice. They made sure items went to the specified location in the house. You could smell pot which was a little concerning, but they completed the job and in under the time I estimated.
