  • Horrible Experience Would NOT Recommend Using! The guys showed up 1 hour 20 minutes late (with no communication that they would be late, I had to call the booking guy multiple times to confirm they were still coming), reeking of marijuana, and with 4 CHILDREN!!! Some of the kids were roaming around my house as the guys moved things and had to be told to stay outside, and the others were HELPING MOVE THINGS! I booked to load-unload and when they finished loading the truck, they said that they were only hired to load and would not be helping unload at my new townhouse. Luckily I had friends and family there to help otherwise I would have been screwed. Cannot state how bad of a moving experience Midwest Move Masters provided.

  • The guys were a lot if help and knew what they were doing. They stayed 15 minutes longer to finish the job. They were super nice and friendly and very respectful. They listened when I provided instructions upon first arrival. I highly recommend this company.

  • The two young men who were assigned to our move were courteous and did work hard. However, they were VERY inexperienced movers. They needed constant supervision to stack heavy items on bottom and lighter fragile items on top. They came without any moving gear (no dolly or lifting straps). Mostly, they could carry one item at a time instead of being able to stack a few boxes on a dolly like most movers. My husband and I didn’t plan on needing to help the whole time; but we worked just as hard as they did for the entire time they were helping. We did get it done. And, the kids had good work ethic, they just had not really had any training or experience with moving
