  • Showed up 20+ min late left 30 min early. Lead didnt seem to want to do anything.2nd guy was ok. Only loaded quarter of things I asked to load. Still have dressers, bedframe, and enough to move alone Now i have to rent another truck and drive 2 hours back to get the rest of my stuff because I had to be at work today and ran out of time! Gave a cash tip of 30 bucks thinkin it was all done. So now im out 175 dollars and an extension fee of 130, 4 hrs driving, and several hours loading again. I am very disappointed. I honestly can't recommend titan (in the Des Moines area anyways)
